The last caretaker of the armouries was my Grandfather Ted McLoughlin. The dog referred to was a german shepard named Rex. The dog did not pass away until after my granfathers passing in 1970. I think that people should get the facts straight before they publish things in a book and thus put on the internet. As far as the rest of your book and I would not believe what has been written given that I have found untruths in what I read. I was going to pass this book along to decentants that we the McLoughlin family have just found or I should say they have found us. Im really disappointed.
