Silver Arrowhead Course The following is a repent fromn Don Cramp wbe nepnesented the Bewmanville Scouts at the Sil- ver Arrowhead Course held at Lake Temagami during the early par't cf July. -We left Toronto hy train at Il piyn. and at 1 p.m. the next day arrived at Temagami. Im- mediatelv after leaving the train we got on a yacht ewned by the mailway because theme are ne trains or roads goinig inland. Our boat trip on the lake lasted two boums. Finally. aftcr 15 boums cf travel, we came te the won- derful Goodyear camp on Wing- foot Island. After we had been divided into patrols cf eight, we set op the tents. Eacb boy had a certain duty and the Scout on cook's doty had te propane our fimst meal on Wingfoot. One dayl 32 cf us joumneyed te Bear Island and visited the 'Mudison Bay Post located there. There wcne Indians everywhere you Iooked. And once again thoy repeated their annual penforni- ance cf defeating the Scouts in a game cf basebali! Thon we con- tinued inland until we reached the Forest Rangers' tower.
