Scixool Bus Trip The soaning temperatures of' iThursday, June 27, did noth-ý ing to dampen the spirits of the 45 children and aduits who went on Bethesda School annual bus trip. Just before: setting out everyone gathercdý in the schoolroont to presentý the teacher, Mrs. Rosevear,' who was leaving aftcr five years in Bethesda, with 3 beautiful set of dishes. Genial bus driver Fred Dayes took us down No. 2 to Cobourg and to General Elec- trie where we saw several types o! plastic articles being made. Then on to the cool, cool park at the beach. From here we went to Barnum, Bouse, a fine old Georgiani type home now a museum. It was hard to pull ourselves' away. A special treat was to' hear Mr. Robent Russell of Cobourg, our exceflent guide, play the old Collard and Col-ý lard piano - made in England in 1824.1 We drove back through Cobourg, past the original' rVictoria University building - the beginning of Toronto Uni- versty - Up to 401 and arriv- cd home at 4:30. It was a, good day - educational, soci- able and refreshing. ENTERPRISE SCHOOL REPORT Names in order of menit.
