Bob Brown, Bryce Adams, Ron McLean, Dave Snowden and John Graham - came close but no cigar. In the playoffs, however, it was a different story. Mosport Park Ltd. of Toronto ciaimed in a Superior Court suit that its rights were violated by proposais to hold the 1978 Grand Prix Automobile du Canada in Montreal. Organizers have proposed holding the race on a specially prepared circuit around ie Notre Dame, a park in the middle of the St. Lawrence River which was part of the Expo '67 site. BLUE MOUNTAIN'S - Great Side Ride openedý its second season on Friday, May l9th. Costing a haîf million dollars to construct, it is the longest of three slides, operating in Canada and the only one in Ontario. Riders sit in a, fibreglass sled which goes as fast or as slowly as the rider wishes, as the slide winds its way down thousands of feet of mountains.
