Stewart of Soutbampton.,, Several Shaw's families bad attended annual family picnics recently. Among tbose wbo attended the Riekard family reunion in Orono recently were James and Romona Rickard and boys; Don and Gail Rickard and Alan and tbe current President David and Ji.me Werry and their family of Ajax. Attending the Crago family picnic in Orono last weekend were tbe Ross Lane family, the Calvin Crago family and Leland, Ronald and Ferne Crago. Garnet and Annabelle arrived safely in Toronto last Sunday and were back in time Convention at the Royal York Hotel. They report* a fine holiday with lots of rain It was very hot, though,' in the Southern U.S.S.R. Their arrangements were just excellent and botb Garnet and Annabelle were very pleased with tbe competence of their interpreter. We're glad to bave tbem borne again. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Wood were among tbe many wbo attended Kirby Centennial celebrations last Saturday. Since this was tbe first school Margaret ever attended, she and -Lewis found ail the displays of old school pictures and family trees to be ail the more interestinig. Birtbday cake and tea were served to tbe visitors in the old school roomn and then ail gathered under the grand old trees in the yard to chat and reminisce witb old friends. It was a very- enjoyable affair. After their Kirby visit, Lewis and Margaret went on to Pontypool to attend a family barbeque supper party with their grandson and bis wife Wayne and Dale Hunt.
