New Coachi Bob Spooner- who by no means is a stranger to the Central Ontario Junior C league, is very well known for bis play by play color action sportscasting over Cobourg radio of tbe Cobourg Cougar games, also broadcasting severai of the Port Hope Panther borne games, will be on the Eagle bench this season. Manager Buck Janock is by no means a new man on the local bockey scene, having been a former manager of the Junior C' s and very actîvely involved with tbe local Minor Hockey Association as a coacb also a close observer assessing play and players at all levels. Definite- ly the future of Junior C Hockey lies in the develop- ment of area players. On the new side this season tWo new teams have been added to the league making nine teams, Little Britain and Beaverton are the addition, although it is in the interest of the OHA to expand some questions have to be asked on what effect expansion will have as teams representing Port Perry, Little Britain, Lindsay, Uxbridge, and Stouffville are within a twenty five mile radius thus cutting into each Bowmanville Jr. C.
