Courtice Students Present "Joseph" BOWMANVILLE, ONTARIO, MAY 9, 1979 SECTION TWO A tap-dance routine was part of the performance. Jacob, played by Peter Herron, learns of the alleged death of Joseph, his son. Garry Geissberger played the part of King Elvis Presley. Standing in the centre of the photo is Pharaoh. As the photo might suggest, King Robyn Heard who was the narrator. Kneeling at Pharaoh's singing style brings to mind the music of right is Joseph who was portrayed by John Tuerk. King Pharaoh makes an impressive entrance. A pit band, under the direction of Steve Powell, supplied the musical accompaniment. Mr. Powell also served as vocal coach. The pianist was Doug Dewell.
