There was some discussion on the Carnival which is tentatively scheduled for March of next year. The Executive desperately needs someone te bhead up the Carnival Committee or there is a very distinct possibility that a Carnival might net be held. The Chairpersen is mainly a person te delegate assignments te other members of the Committee, and genera1ly organize the planning ef the occasion.
