Botb bauds totalled thirty in number. The Orono Band was conducted by Mr. A. Darcli and the Oshawa Band by Mr. Devrow. They complained that they were not given tlic opportun- ity to discuss matters but ratlier they were expected to listen and accept and this was not only in churcli but also within the home. Tliey also feit that the new cur- riculum, accepted a number of years' ago, bad littie change from the old course and was not in- spiring. "Evil today would make the devil sbudder" and it was asked where was Cbristianity when six million Jews were an- nia lated? The questions were asked witli no malice towards the churcli but were placed by the young adults seeking ahi answer. The minister stated that lie welcomed the op- portunity to answer these quest- ions and commended the teen- agers for their appeal.
