Last Tuesday night the Clarke High School Home Econornies classes beld a fashion show. The clothes, were modelled by the girl s who had made them for Home Econornic projects. The Clarke High School Band, composed of aIl tbree Music classes made its debut, There were refreshments afterward and people were heard to say what. a Iovely evening if bad been., On Thursday, during the ninth period. an assembly was held. during which the band made its second appearance. A member of the Bowm anville Legion presented the band ,ith a glockenspiel and a check. for $15000. The money will go towards new instru- men ts. On Wednesday dune 6th, Clarke Students will again go to the polis. We will be electing the executive for the next year's Student's' Council, which consists of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Pubiicity dir- ector.1.
