The starting of the project is dependent on being able to hire qualified Staff for the class. Attendaàne Of these classes would be voluntary, and par- ents would have to provide the transportation for their' child- ren. Parents registering kinder- garden children in the whole (pf the jurisdiction for Sept- emnber 1974 wouldbe canvass- ed to a ttend a meeting to see if .-,vy wshed to have their child at tend the pilot project.
