Councillor Wearn stated that he had visi ted Sandy Cove Acres, developed by Rice Contruction and had talked withi residents in the de.velopinent and he was impressed, he said. This visit was on his own and not planned by the developer, he said. Counceillor Hobbs stated he had always been in support. of Senior C(-itizenrs housing such as they had in Bowmnanville and w()uld support such hous- ing in the Town where rent was fixed to income. In some caises in Bowmnanville, he said the rent wvas no more than $40.00 to $50.00 a mnonth.
