Arson Charged In Bowmanville The Durham Police have charged a Bowý,manville man 'ith four counts o ro followinig a brash of fires in Bowmanville on Saturday evenîng. Charged is 22 year old Stephen Mark Evans of 95 Churcb Street. He appeared in c ourt today for a bail hearing.
