The new addition, he said. will not only make it more pleasant for the worker but also improve efficiency of operution. SMr. Klasner said thre new,- 7addition will bec completely ventilated to exelude fumes and ex cessive heat. Also showers are to be included along with a new lunch area and washrooms. Larmer Bros. of Blackstock were selected as world champions for six-row- cd barley, while John DeVries of R.R.No. 4, Bowmanville- hiad the world reserve champ- ion- two-rowed ---ample of barley.. As well, John was the winner of the two-rowed section for 4-H entries, in the barley class. Second 'in the 4-H class for two-rowed banl- ey wvas Craig Larmer of Blackstock and eighth xvas Bruce Millson of Enniskillen. In the six row, 4-H harley class, third went to Paul Larmer of Blackstock, and fifth 'to Doug, Larmer of Blac.kStock. For the fifth consecutîve year, Wes Yel- lowlees of Enniskillen w on the top prize for Russell Oats. In the 4-H potato, class,' Glenn Wood of Millbrook prlaced second; while Nancy Walker of Campbellcrof t placed th ird. in the Ontario Junior Bar- row 1hw, Neil Taylor of R,11.1, Enniskillen' placed eighth and sixteenth with his two entries in the final top 20 placing for the Barrow Show. Margaret Skinner of Tyrone placed l4th and -2Oth with her two entries inthe top 20 of the Barrow Show. Richard Hug- gins- of- Port Perry, a member of the Durham 4-H Swine Club .was first in the Type Class for Yorkshire Barrows at the Junior Barrow Show, however did not place in the final 20 compeitors. The Queen's Gu- ineas Competition held for 4-H members who exhibit fat steers; Doug Sînith and Mary' Cornish took part in the competition with Doug plalc- ing in the first prize group in the Hereford Class.
