Midgets on Saturday night. Kerry Davis opened the scoring on a pass fromn Doug Hancock and with just 42 seconds lef t in the first period Doug Hancock tipped in John West's rebound. On February 4th, 1977 the Orono New Dutch Oven Tykes played the Camsport tykes and the New Dutch Oven teamn came through with a 2-0 win. January 30t1î The Tennant Fuels Atoms travelled to Ops Township arena but because of the severe blowing snow conditions only seven players and a few fathers were. able to make the game. Rather than eall the game Ops loaned Orono two players. The local boys played well but were finally out-scored 4-2. Greg Vey scored unassisted along woth Don Quackenbush, one of the Ops players loaned to Orono. Robert French and Greg Vey assisted on the later goal.
