In Whitby, Eric Moore pitched -a strong game allowing only three runs while striking out ten batters. B. Alldred, Doug Rickard, Bill Robinson and Pete Hender- son led the Eagles with two hits apiece with one of Henderson's hits being a fwo run homerun. On Sunday, in Kendal, everyone in the Kendal line-up picked up at least'one hit, with Steve West leading the way with four hits.
