The contract grants an aver- age increase to the element- ary teachers of 5.8 per cent which increase includes the annual increment. The salary range now rests frorE $9,712.00 to $26,450.00 at th,~ top of the grid for twelve years experience. The pupil-teacher ratio holds the same as last year being 24-1. MEj. WR.
