Town and regionat odds in planning The Town of Newcastle and committees of the Region of Durham have fotmd themn- selves at odds with one another during the past two weeks in the field of future planning. At a recent meeting held in Bowmanville the Regional Planning and Development Committee proposed future restidential development in Bowmanville extend to the west of the Town.
