First, from Mrs. Norma Lee, we received some patterned huck towels and a very large and beautiful table or pi ano cover of fine wool in a tweedy mixture of beige and navy threads, with a handsome border of black and brown stripes; if you have already visited us this season, you will have seen it on our square grand piano. And about a week af ter that, among the linens given us by Mrs. Isabelle Challice, there was a long linen runner that was probably also for use on a piano - and most likely, not instead of the wool cover, but for use on top of it. Mrs. Challice's donation also inc- luded two doillies - one hand- crocheted - and two luncheon cloths of damask linen, both with open-work inserts. If more donations keep coming Students support music program in this way, we *may be serving tea in the parlour next season.
