He also pointed out that the probiemn was due to contract with Ontario Hyd1ro and that the Town did have an agreement1 with hydro. He f elt this should be considered in the context o -the agreement and he also pointed out that the residents had asked for a public meeting. Counc. Woodyard said that the issue warranted coming back to council and that council shouid cail a special meeting to consider the recommendations of staff. WELFARE DEFICIT FORECAST Last week the Regional Social Services committee were told that it was now, forecast that a deficit wouid exst at the end of the year as to the welfare assistance program in the region.
