The forwarcis pressed the attack keeping Port Hope in their own end a lot of the turne. Christopher Yeo had been playîng well ail day, as hiad the other boys, but Chrîstopher was saving the best for the last game. He broke out scoring three goals assisted by Scott Hall, David Sbmyr and Sean McKenzie. Knox Unflavored Gelatine miakes caoking unnecessary. Preparation is quick and easy in a blender or food proces- sor. Serve in Irish caffee glasses wmith a doilop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top. If yau're feeling particularly creative cut smal i shamracks from chocolate candy bars. LUCK OFITHE IRISH DESSERT 2 envelapes (7 g each) Knox Unfiavored Gelatine 2 cups (500 mL> whipping or heavy cream 2 cups miik, heated ta boiling 2/3 cup brown sugar 2 tabiespoons regular instant coffee powder 1 tablespoan cacaa powder 1 /4 cup Irish whiskey 1/2 cup ice cubes <3 to 4) ln 5-cup biender or food processor, sprinkle unfiavored gelatine over 1/2 cup cream; let stand 3 ta 4 minutes. Add hot milk and process at low speed until gelatine is corn- pletely dissoivedi, about 2 minutes. Add sugar, coffee and comoa powders, whiskey and 1 cup iéream; process at high speed until blended. Add ice cubes, one at a time; process at high speed until ice is meIted. Pour inta Irish coffee mugs or dessert dishes and chili uintil set. Annual Meeting of the Orono District Credit Union Ltd. was beld at the Newcastle United Cburch on Friday, March 5tb. President P. Loucks welcomed all 78 members and guests and C. Martin said Grace - The Un- ited Cburcb Women served a delicious roast beef dinner and H. Browes thanked them for a job well donc. P. Loucks introduced the head table guests, Muriel Crago, Mr. and Mrs. D. Smith of Cumis, Mr. Sandy Lyali of Cumis, Marion Vanstone, J. Sutdiffe, Mrs. Werry and Clare Martin. The Business Meeting was called ta order by President, P. Loucks. Secretary,. J. Sutdliffe's minutes of the 1981 Annual Meeting were accepted as if read on a mo- tion by A. Loucks, secanded by H. Robinson. Carried. Treasurer-Manager, Mrs. Werry gave ber report and moved' the report be apprav- cd as printed in aur Annual report, seconded by R. Han- cock. Carried. He feit that 1982 would be another trying year and tbat aIl members would con- tinue ta 'use their Credit Union, as it is trying ta keep their lending rates, below otber f'inancial institutions WAKEFIELD 1NSURNCE 983-9438 and at the sarne time give a good percentage on Shares. Also, very few Credit Unions are able, ta pay a i3 percent Dividend on Sbares in 1981. M. Crago was asked ta in- troduce aur guest speaker, Mr. D. Smith is Executive Assistant ta tbe President of Cumis and bas worked for tbe past 17 years witb Credit Unions. Mr. Smith was great- ly impressed witb aur Credit Union, he called it a Com- munity Famuly and stated tbat we sbould be proud of aur smali Credit Union ta be able ta pay 13 percent Dividends in 1981. The graup called the Ding-A- Lings witb Clara Nesbitt at piano; Anme Englisbi at Guitar; Carman White witb tbe sacs; James Lowery and bis violin; and Alvin Yeo on, drums provîded musical tunes and everyone joined witb M. Vanstone as leader for a sing sang. Draw for the door prizes closed tbe Annual Meeting. Tbe Curvply/Plydesigas prize was won by D. Loucks; J.S. Smitb prize w*as won by M. Gilbank; Mrs., V. Snider won tbe St. Mary's gift; H. Browes won the Durbama Farnxer's Co-op prize; tbe Cumis prize was won by Mrs. Allin and tbe Directors and Officers prize presented by H.
