Fagan will appear at the counity assignment court in Whitby on March 24th. when a date for trial may be set. The house in question was nhabited by the former Sarah WVay who a couple of weeks before the fire dîsap- peared. Police founid human bones in the building which wvere believed to be those of Mrs. Way. It is believed Mrs. Way wvas eaten by pet dogs in the bouse following ber death in the building. Th-e hearing of Alfred Fagan was delayed a day when Fagan's brother, Ron Fagan, Orono, failed to ap- pear at the Tuesday's hear- ing. Fagan told police he hadi mnisread the subpoena and was under the impression the hearing was to be held .on another day.
