CWY, funded in part by the- Canadian International Development Agency and now in its I lth Consecutive year, is looking for workers and students between the ages of 17 and 20 who are in- terested in learning about development and cross - cultural communication in both Canada and a develop- ing country. 11 These young !Çanadians, joined by an equal inumber of exchange counýtry par- icipants, will spend 7 months living and working in vastly different cultures and comn- munities. Small teams of CWY participants, each a Canadian and Exchange country Group leader, in- tegrate themselves into comn- munitieý, first in Canada then overseas, through volunteer work 'in fields such as agriculture, -Co-operatives, environmen t/conservation, social services, smail businesses, recreation and Community groups.
