There was no scor ing in the first or seconid period although there were somte very exciting chances ai both ends of the ice. It wasn't until 5:481 of the third period that Dustin Reid tucked the puck into the Bruins goal. Neither team was able to score again so Orono won 1-0. Orono's next game in the tournament was Sunday against Oak Ridges. Thiis gamie ton was a very fast gaine with lots of action on the ice. Tyler Adey scored with 7:02 remaining in the first period assisted by Dustin Reid. In the 'A' Championship gaine Orono played against Trenton who had wiped out aIl their opponents by some pretty wide scores, e.g. 9-2. The local boys knew from the start they had their work cut out for thein so they really worked hard from the drop of the puck. In the first period Trenton scored 56 seconds int the gamne but Orono fought back two minutes later to tie the game. Orono's shorthanded goal was scored by Dustin Reid assisted by Tyler Adey. Both teams played very wel- but couldn't score again in the first perîod. Orono however, would like to forget about the second period. Orono held Trenton scoreless in the third period but were unable, to score themselves. Oh yes, the second period was not a good one for the local boys as they were bombarded with five unanswered goals in a five minute span. Trenton won the gaie 6-1 and the 'A' Chamnpionship.
