As Lodge members were playing for the Church and Church mem bers were on the Lodge teain, al very confusing, but it made for a fun afternoon of feliowship and I'm glad to report that this year the Lodge turned the tables on the Church teain, beating thein 16 to 7. There were a few anxious when a batter on the church team drove a bail straight back at the pitcher and caught her dead centre on the forehead. We are glad to report that although she may have a shiner and a goose egg and a sore head for a time the hospitai reported she would survive., Didn't think you could hit like that Brian. Next turne Kelly, you'd better duck. AIl kid- ding aside, Kelly we are giad you are okay. How a man plays the gaine shows something of bis character; how he loses, shows aIl of it. 1 think the church teainshiowýed ýa lot of character. Foiiowing the gaine al returned to the Hall where they en- joyed ail kinds of food and terrific desserts.
