They were pleased to have several guests attending. The Junior Lodge cancelled their meeting for Thursday, December 5th and will hold it during the school break, when they expect to have new members joining. The Ladies of Kendal His L.O.B.A. will 'De meeting on Thursday, Decemnber 12t On Friday, December 6th there were 9-1/2 tables of euchre. H-igh score Bernice Soper 89, tied for second Jack Moffat and Phyllis Lowery 79, third high Ed Milîs 78. The draw was won by Marie Couroux. Next card party will be held on Thursday, Decemnber 19th. Note the change of date and night, this is a one Urne only change. On Sunday, December 8th, the Men's Lodge held a successful turkey supper at the Kendal United Church. The Lodge will be able to now help ease the burden of a needy person ini our commuunity.
