J&M Custom Framing Tykes easily won their first match against Baltimore variety by a score of 9-2. Kevin Marin played goal for Uic Orono teain. Two minutes mnto Uic first gamne, Curtis Robinson scored on a solid pass by Jordan Beacock, this was followed two minutes later by a goal notchcd by Nadian Adegecat and assistcd by Chris Moffat. 'Nathan Adegeecst scored twos. quick goals within the first two minutes of the second pCriod. Kyle Cox and Chris Mioffat earned one assist cach for thz-. goals. Forty seconds later, Chuis Moffat netued thc go-ahcad goal, assisted by Kienan Wiilians. There was no scoring until Uic last four minutes of the second period whcn Jesse Price scorcd a goal assisted by Jordan Beacock and Kyle Macdonald to give Orono a slightly more coinfortable two goal lead. This comfort was short-lived as Warkworthi scored once more te end thc period 4-3 for Orono. Midway througb the thir-d period Jordan Beacockc netted what became the winning goal, assisted by Jesse Price. Although Warkwortb came back to score one minute later to make the garne 5-4, Orono belId thein off for the final five minutes and logged a major upset over the Warkworth Devils. Kyle Cox played solid goalte nding for Uis and Uic final gaine of Uic toumament. The "A" Cbampionsbip gaine was played against the Warkwortb Anges. Tlhe game got off to a slow start with Orono scoring the lone goal in the first period (Nathan Adegeest assisted by Chris Moffat). J&M Custom Framing Tykes scored two more unanswered goals in the second period. Nathan Adegeest notched one goal assisted by Kyle MacDonald and Kyle Aluin. Kyle MacDonald scored the third goal assisted by Nathan Adegeest and Stevie Gregg. Early in the third period it becamne obvious that the game was over and the J&M Customn Framing Tykes would be champions. Curtis Robinson scored two quick goals two minutes into the third period. Tyler Gregg and Jesse Price earned assists on one goal. Cur-tis Robinson earned a hat-trick by scoring Uic final goal with seven minute's left in Uic gaine, assisted by Jordan Beacock and Jesse Price. Jordan Beacock and Chris Moffat may flot have scored Uhc points that Curtis Robinson and Nathan Adegeest earned, but Uiey were very important in breaking up the oppontents roves and setti ng up plays f'or their line mates. Kyle Allun played one of his besi games of the season despite being ill, and Kyle MacDonald scored somne important goals, Appreciation is once again extended to the team's coach Brian Allin and his assistant Gerald Martin for Uieir guidance.
