The meeting was held on Sunday night at thc Orono arena. Ail convenors for leagues and teams represented by thc OAAA reported on happenings to date. A letter containing an agenda for a July 12 meeting with the CAHA. The OMHA is currently having problems with Uic CAHA. The main problemn is insurance. This wiil bc addressed at thc July 12 meeting. BRHL, the Hockey House League teamn has received the first revision on an agreement between the BRHL and the OAAA. Two smail changes have been requested by Uic OAAA. Bats, helmets and other equipment and supplies have been purchased for Uic TONRA teanis. They have currently found a sponsor for one teamn and are seeking others. A problem with people who are playing bail without having yet paid registration fées was also addressed. Girls' Softball and Soccer are both running smoothly with no problems to report. Nominations for OAAA positions were held recently and Uic new electives are as foilows: Gord Lowery, President; Art Reid, lst Vice-President; Ray Bester, 2nd Vice-President; Laverne Boyd, Secretary and Rorie Woods, Treasurer. Correspondence was received from Town of Newcastle Council. The Town is currently seeking the naines of two Mrena ComImitte memlbers to serve on a new committee. The Mrena Report shows that the arena had a good year financially and otherwise. The arena was closed only for a couple of days due to bad weather.
