The Bible says presperity is lýving a life of stewardship, rendering unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's and te Qed the things that are Ged's. If yeu want presperity yeu must know anid abide by Gods rules ef Stewardship. The Bible says Ged wants the first 10% net the last. This does net mean that ail of that 10% must come te the Church, but it does mean that it must be set aside first but then you must aise make offerings, do things for others. It doesn't end there. Qed alse requires faithful stewardship of aIl that H1e has entrusted te yeu, yeur abilities, talents and gifts. Ged said, Give and it will be given te you; a good measure pressed down, shaken together and running ever will be poured into yeur lap. The Hymn, "We Give Thee But Thine Own" was sung. Woolner It is quite possible that after al of the moans and groans brought forward upon the mentioning of the new Graduated Licencing system, that this method of safety may do the public a world of good. It's funny te think ba ck, that within my 12 months of motor vehicle operation, 1 thought that I had done everything there was te do with a car. Yet at the time, it had neyer occurred to me that while my very first driving lesson ended up almost through my garage door during a 20 km/h flaming run down the driveway, that Our government would one day create a secure method of drivirig just for such people. However, somne of the new regulations are somnewhat stif, and some practically unnecessary. While those ne'w drivers are restricted to only being allowed te operate class G vehicles, it hardly seems possible that the newly licenced driver would come home fromn the Ministry of Transportation and imnmediately make a run te Montreal in their father's Kenworth with a load of fumniture. How about the restrictions on the heurs? Those new drivers are flot allowed te drive between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Now think, how many people on the average drive at this ungodly âime of the momning? Its fot like you wake up at 3:30 a.m. with "insomnia" and think, "Well gee, 1 can't sleep, 'm flot hungry, and theres nething on T.V. Hey why don't I scamn the car keys eut of dads pecket and go for a tour around the block? That ought te tire out the old lids". The last regulatien is the one that wil grab every new moterist's attention. While driving eut and around, one must display a, "lwarming sign" stating clearly, 'New driver on board." Now, since they've gene this- far in creating "total embarrassment." Why didn't they just extend the regulation farther with "the new driver must aise paint red candy-can~e like stripes on their car, accompanied with a special helmet with a bubble light fixed atop their head te bring more safety te fellow drivers. 1What will they think of next? Christian Corner (Continued from page 13) deing, what you are doimg or flot doing. Theonly person we should bc copying is Jesus Christ. In, Ephesians 5: verse 1, it tells us, "te bc therefore feilowers of God, as dear children." If we are going to be followers of God we are going te do what God does. God! s word is full of things He has done and wants to do for us. Let's imitate God and do what He is telimg us to do. Let's be obedient children. Just as we love, it when our natural children arc obedient, God loves it when we are ebedent te His Word. Questions or Comments, writc R.R. 2,'Orone. Watch Total Christian T.V., Ch. 49, Buffalo.
