New member j oins Siting Task Force The Honourable A. Anne McLcllan, Minister of Natural Resources Canada (NRCa.n), announced recently the appointment of Charles Denis Hall, President of the Toronto- based Tech Team Management Ifc., as a member of the Siting Task Force, Low-level Radioactive Waste Management. Dr. Hall, who holds degrees in science and engineering, is a management consultant specializing in R&D, technical and fmnancial strategic issues. Dr. Hall was also president of Bell Northern Research for'five years as Chairman of Uic Board of the U.S. subsidiary. Minister McLellan noted, "Dr. Hall's contributions will assist the Task Force in producing consensus at both ends of the spectrum: corporate strategy, and detailed designs decisions." The Task Force la at present conducting a complex programn of site, technology and environ- mental assessment, incorporated 'Ia Phase 4 of the Co-operative -ý,ztinÈ; Process. Dr. Hall will bc working with the other four Task Force mnembers - Dennis Wood, chair, Glenn Curis, John Hubicki, and Dr. Anne Mildon. Mosport' s fourth annual Vintage Classic, presented by Performance Racing News (PRN) June 3, 4, 5 will again feature the five to seven litre Can-Am cars, of yesteryear as well as a ful weekend of vintage racing. The ever popular "24 minutes of Mosport", a rendition of the famous 24 hour Le Mans start will also take place. "This weekend is a walk down memory lane for the Can-Am aficionado" said Hudes. The Toronto Star Wheels World Challenge weekend takes place on August 19, 20 and 21. "We're quite pleased that we are able to present these two highly competitive series this weekend.
