Mr. Willsher bas been emiployed by General Motors of Canada for 30 years. He bas worked in the Personnel area of the company for nearly 24 years. Mr. Willsher also indicated that the Board would have to address many other issues such as: violence in schools; site based management; implementation of the- Community Outreach recommendations; the end of the Social Contract; curriculum changes; academic performance measurement; and cost of education. "AIl of these have the potential of significant impact on our schools and children," said Willsher. Hle continued, "I would like to bc able to participate on behaîf of dhe people of Ward 3 in dealing with these and other schools issues."
