Cec is also a member of tbe Knigbts of Columbus. OBITUARY Edith May Gordon in lher 84th year, Edith May Gordon died Thursday, August 25, 1994, at Strathaven Retirement Home, Bowmanville. Born in Manvers Town-ship and educated at Oak School, she was the daughter of William Curtis and Emily Beaman. On June 20, 1931 she married William Spence Gordon. A resident of Orono for 23 years she had previously resided at the 6th Concession Clarke Township. She was an adberent of Kendal and Orono United Churches, a member of Heather Rebekah Lodge # 334 Orono, Leskard U.C.W. and Orono Senior Citizen's Club. Surviving are hier family Inez Bougben, Newtonville; June Munford McCord, Saskatchewan; John and Don Gordon and Ruthi Yeo, of Orono; 14 granidchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.' Funeral services wcre held on Mondcay at the Morris Funeral Chiapel, Bowmanville witb the Rev. David Black officiating. Thie organist was Helen Wood. Palibearers were Scott Yeo, Doug Gordon, Bob Morton, Terry Sutcliffe, Don Aibini and Dan Hopkins., Honorary Palîbearers were Jim Gordon and Les Morgan.
