Starting the spooks was the Quadrafest Dance at Bowmanvilie High School Although yau couldn't purchase tickets at the door the turn out was pheno menal. Two of the four high schools were sold out and Bowmanvilie ended up asking Clarke for more tickets. Clarke alone sold over 115 tickets. That by-passes the sales of some previaus Clarke dances in which only about 50 tickets are sold in advance and over 30 at the door. The soul reason for the 4-School dance this year was the success of last year's Halloween dance. 0f ail the dances Clarke held in the '93-94 school year, the Halloween dance was most successful. Clarke teacher, Wili Henderson, DJed the dance. The festivities continued Tuesday with Ciarke's annuai Pumpkin Carving contest. Ail the homerooms carved a pumpkin ich, and werc judged by student coundcil. The decision was tough, but in the end the scariest pumpkin won. Halloween Candygrams went on sale Monday.
