We were very pleased to have Anthea Peacock, the Durham Fair Ambassador as our guest. Following supper and prior to our meeting, Anthea spoke to us of her future plans for- College and of wbat she bas been doing as Fair Ambassador. We wish her the best of luck in al ber future endeavours. -On Friday, December 16 at tbe regular card party there were 10- 1/2 tables in pl ay. High score weat Le Reg Eiliott witb 87, second bigb, Jean Jilisen 80. There was a tie for tbird and fourth between Lii Bolderstone and Wayne Lowery witb 79 points. The draw was won by Dora Mac Donald and Bill Boyd won the free admission to the next card party. On Friday, December 30 the regular card party wiil be beld.
