Objeets to bottled water use A member of Northumberland County council has objected to the purchase of bottled water for staff and visitors at the county offices when water is available from the, Town of Cobourg municipal system. The former $4.80 charge for specialty stations and now including two new ones, Discovery and New Country Network, brings about an increase of $ 1.20 to $6.00.
