She came to Canada with her husband and two children and has an of fice on Church Street in Bowmanville where she gives reflexology treatments and tells people to use naturai remedies. Pat Adams has lived in this -area ail her life, has two grown children their options open, to dip into anything that sparks their interest, to not be afraid to try new things. Meeting lots of new people is one of the advantages to being mnvolved in lots of' teams; one of the problems this can cause is that soon you have to choose what you like best because there isn't time to do every- thing. Amranda Rogers will neyer bc, bored in life--there will always be a ne'v sport to trv and has worked for the school board for 25 years. Her cur- rent position is principal at Courtice Public School. She loves reading, wrlting and is currently learning to play golf. Debbie Eaves has been teach- ing at the Centre for Individual Studies for 7 years ai-d previously taught at Clarke High School. She likes swimming, arts and crafts. Mary Ann Doris wvill be del- egate for Bowmanville Business and Professional Conference in London on May 23, 24 and 25, 1997. Sue Stickney conducted discussion re: awards to be presented to four high schools and bursary to Centre for Individual Studies. Our fashion show this year with Paula Lishman on April l7th. 1997 at Base Line Communlty Centre is how we hope to ralse funds for this years awards and bursury. This evening is open to any- one men and women. There will be dessert and coffee from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. followed by a fashion show displaying knitted dresses and articles made by Paula Lishman. Paula *s articles are sold in her store in Port Perry and other places. Fee is $15.00. Côme and see some of our own members miodel the gowns and there will be door prizes.
