Orono had a great second, popping in two more goals. At 3:11, Rob Blaker scored on a brecakawvay with Noel Snowv picking uip the assist. On1 the next shift (another breakawýay') Jevon Staples slipped by the defence and scored at 1: 15 on a pass fromn Tanner Johnson. Bowmnanville climbed with- in two when they scored -withi only seconds lefi in the period. Pisani sèored a hat- trick to provide bis týam with the victo- rY. Pisani scored bis first goal ai 9:34 of the firsi period wiib Jordan Beiicock and Andy Robinson assisting. Orono was shaken up a ltuile when Bowm-anville scored two in a row within two minutes giving themn 2-1 le-id. Fine defensive work by MâcDona1d, Knapp, Martin and Texe ira kepi the pucks away from Orono's end allowing pisani to tie it Up wiih his second of the game witb Kienan Williams and Beacock eamning assists. 1The ibird period belonged to Orono.. Pisani scored the fifth goal unassisted earning bimsef a bat trick on the night. There was some first class hockey played this nigbt. Josb Shephard and Dickinson con- tinued to move toward the net while Fabian Rozario added a little muscle to is game. The teamn doesn't have mrany numbers in the win column but continues to keep scores low indicating terrific net minding and fine defensive play by goalie Darreli Kennedy. The team always shoots right on net but some days, a littie bit of luck would be nice. Keep trying! Tyler Elson, scoring in -Millbrook is a hardworking defencemian for the 'Power Skaters'. Dufferin Aggregates Minor Tykes continued aways by , Garrett Klompinaker, Lucas Martin, Jeremy Caruana, Tyler Johanseri and Kyle Barr. Orono lost this one 1-O. Mati Puddlcombe was extremely sharp ti net both games. Shelby Macdonell and Nancy Burt have been forechecking wth great success for their team. Derek Snow, Daniel VanderWeer, Ryan Wood, Brian Knapp, Jordani Macdoriell and Cory Konopka have been playing some very tough hockey. Keep up the good work teain. The 8 minute mark had Robyn Hendersot' passing over to Mark Frailko Who shot over to Devon Robinson for goal number 4. In the third period Bowmanville had a break- away shlot on net and scored. Apple Blossomn played as a team winning 11-3. Troy Webster was between the pipes making excellent saves as always. Ben McKelvîe netted the first goal, assisted by Micheal Hicks. Andrew Kirkbride slammed i the next two pucks, 1 assisted by Paul Bridger and Kyle Balsom, the other by Mark Franko. Scott Henderson started the scormng off i the second period, then earned 2 more goals ti the third for a hat trick. Lucas Leech assisted scott's lst goal. Bowmanville Eagles won 5- 2. The Eagles scored once more in the lst, once i the second and twice i the third, t he lasi goal on an empty net. Gregg Howe managed to get the puck at the end of the lst and score unassisted, maldng the score 2- 1.
