They kicked off the 2010 season with a victory over the Port Hope Flyers. This marks the first time the Eagles have taken the annual home opener versus the Flyers since 'the first game under the lights' in 2007. Standing out for the Eagles was catcher, Nick Stacey who went 4-4 at the plate. Mark Later that week, Kendal took to the road for a matchup against the newly formed Peterborough River Dogs. The Boys in Blue kept it close for a few innings however, the Peterborough bats proved too strong and the Eagles fell 9-5. Starting pitcher Phil Cammisulli took the loss.
