Suftawÿk Ota» oil consumption by at least 50 per cent by installing a Dual System will receive : - A taxable grant under the Canada Oil Substitution Program (COSP) up to a maximum of $800 or 50 per cent of the cost, whichever is less. - Up to $100 in services from Ontario Hydro to cover the cost of electrical inspection as service checks. - A $100 interest-free loan from Ontario Hydro. This loan will be waived by Hydro after three years from the date of installation providing the owner retains the system as it was originally installed to avoid electrical system peaks. Hydro's Dual Energy Plan Expanded They returned home from far and near on Saturday for the 25th anniversary reunion of the Newcastle Village Juvenile 'C' Ontario championship baseball team. It was held at Branch 178 Royal Canadian Legion headquarters and showed Douglas Cunningham who was Reeve of the village at that time. Guest speaker was Frank 'Dude' Hills of Port Hope, whose humorous remarks and anecdotes kept the crowd roaring with laughter.
