The theme for the morning was from the prophet Haggai who brought a message for the people of his time which could be relevant today. The returned returned people of Israel knew God's house should be rebuilt but their faith was not strong enough to overcome fear of neighbouring people, so nothing nothing was done. Haggai urged them to remember their God, let their faith conquer fear and build a place of worship which would in turn continually renew their faith as they gather together. The children's children's story told how the people of Israel put tassels and other insignia on their clothing to remind them of God's laws and their duty toward them. The choir's beautiful anthem was "Oh Bless the Lord, O My Soul." A special part of the service was the Christening of Katherine Jean, daughter of Kevin and Kim Cramley.
