Washrooms "Deplorable" At Arena in Bowmanville The washrooms at the Bowmanville Arena are in "deplorable condition", and Newcastle councillors want assurance that the washrooms are at least being kept clean. Councillor Hal McKnight raised the issue at a committee committee meeting ' on December December 4th, after having attended attended a hockey game at the arena.
