Two military aerobatics formation teams will be a part of the air show this year: the world renowned Canadian Force Snowbirds in their Canadair T114 Tutor jets, and for the very first time at the Quinte International International Air Show, the impressive impressive six-plane Brazilian Air Force "Smoke Squadron". This will be the Brazilians' only Canadian appearance in 1988. Lovers of high performance performance jet fighters will not be disappointed. A wide assortment assortment of Canadian and American fighters will participate, participate, including Canada's F-18 Hornet and the the vertical vertical takeoff and landing AV- 8 Harrier of the United States Marine Corps.
