A card and calendar received received by Dorothy Pascoe from Bilton W. I. in England was passed around. Dorothy had a Valentine to send back so this was passed around for all to sign. It was decided to collect the price of a loaf of bread at our March meeting. This is to go to A. C. W. W. (Associated (Associated Country Women of the World) our International organization in addition to our regular Pennies for Friendship. Roll Call - A homemade Valentine. The artistic talents of our members was displayed in cookies, favors, candies, cards, etc. with these being taken to a nursing home. Doreen brought along several several old ones which she showed, making comments and bringing back memories to many of the members. The Motto - Education is with us all through life was commented on by Anita. We start to learn at a veiy early age with our formal education education starting at age 5 years. Everyone does not have academic academic aptitude.Technical schools in the past have been down but are now being being brought into the fore front of education more and more. Education can be in the form of an organization such as W. I. with short courses, leadership skills, training schools, etc. Look to the future with anticipation, not with self-pity and prejudice. prejudice. With Bradley's group in charge Lois had all members divide into groups. Questions Questions pertaining to W. I. were given and by using our handbooks answers were found. This tested our knowledge of how well we know our organization. An acrostic with the alphabet alphabet A-Z was interesting with all members participât-, ing. A presentation titled "Hats oft to Us" was given by the group with each member wearing a different color hat. With each hat having its own ideas, and thoughts no problem could be solved. By co-ordinating all hats each has its merits, taking several to solve the problem. We must as an organization organization work together with all participating to resolve resolve and solve our problems when they arise. Our music was in the form of a musical quiz pertaining to love. Thank you Bradley's for renewing renewing our knowledge of W.I. and love. All adjourned to the lower hall for a delicious delicious lunch of home-made cup cakes, jello and beverage. beverage.
