The Installation was held, October 11, in the Masonic Temple, Port Perry, to honour the newly elected Worthy Matron Sister Elsa Bongard and Worthy Patron Brother Fred Alton, and their corp of Officers, for the "Love and Happiness Year, 1990-1991." The Chapter opened in regular form under the leadership of Sister Jane Galbraith, assisted by Brother Alastair Newsome.
