We found the depression and carnival glass etc. displays really exciting, along with old furniture etc. There are 18 acres of developed developed exhibits ' in Greenfield Greenfield Village made up of shops with live demonstrations, demonstrations, churches, schools etc. It really takes two full days to view all the sights! On the second day of our tour, we visited the 1,200 ■ acre estate, of the late Henry Henry Ford, and this includes the University of Michigan. The tour through the Museum Museum was of course most exciting exciting and commenced with a "spooky" walk through the 300 foot tunnel, from power house to the main house. The exquisite wood carving throughout the house is really beautiful. There are eight bedroomS and 15 bathrooms. bathrooms. The time to really appreciate appreciate the rose gardens would be of course in summer, but as there was no killing frost, many roses were still in bloom. There are 10,000 plants tended by over 20 full time gardeners. These are but a few highlights highlights of a very worthwhile trip to Dearborn, Michigan.
