This well known group of six band players and two dancers play 50s type of music similar, similar, to that of the Beach Boys. It is great music to either listen to or dance so the evening is one that should appeal to all ages. Children who come with their parents and are under under 12 are admitted free. During the evening hulu- hoop competitions and other contests will be held. So get your brightest shirt and hats otit and come for a great evening of fun. If the weatherman sends rain, the event will be held in the arena. Get your tickets from any fair board member or at the store. This follows changes to the Canada Canada Elections Act contained in Bill C- 114, which received royal assent oh May 6,1993. Mr. Kingsley published a notice in the Canada Gazette on June 25, 1993, stating that Elections Canada has completed the necessary preparations for bringing into operation operation all of the amendments made to the Act. "As we get ready to celebrate Canada's 126th birthday on July 1st, I am proud to announce the implementation implementation of these measures broadening broadening the opportunities for those Canadian Canadian Forces and public servants abroad, this is the first time in history that Canadian citizens residing outside outside of Canada may vote in federal : elections. "In order to cast a ballot, Canadians Canadians residing outside of Canada must register with my Office," Mr. King sley noted. "I have ensured that applications applications may be accepted right away to allow that all eligible electors who wish to exercise their right to vote in the coming general election will have ' a chance to register." Canadian citizens, aged 18 years or older, residing outside of Canada for less than five consecutive years are eligible to vote under the new Special Voting Rules. The five year limit does not apply to persons posted posted outside of Canada who arc members members of the Canadian Forces, employees employees of the public service of Canada or a province or of an international organization organization of which Canada is a member and to which Canada contributes, contributes, or to dependants of these persons. Members of the Canadian Forces will continue to vote according to the same procedures as before.
