This beautiful park will be a tremendous addition to our community and will provide citizens with the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying nature. I would like to add my personal best wishes to Branch 178 of the Royal Canadian Legion, Bowmanville, on the occasion of the Dedication of the clock tower in memory of the Colville Brothers, from Bowmanville. I remember the boys from my days as a student at Bowmanville High School. When World War II broke out I enlisted in the Royal Canadian Navy and served on the destroyer H.M.C.S. "Huron". H.M.C.S. "Huron" So many fellows from Bowmanville were overseas throughout the war, and some did not return. This memorial will be a constant reminder of the sacrifices made by the Colville family, as well as so many others from Bowmanville and area. MR. TOM COWAN President, Cowan Pontiac-Buick From all of us at Cowan Pontiac-Buick Limited, congratulations and "well done"!
