SUNDAY, DEC. 1 TURKEY DINNER IN KENDAL ~ The Kendal Orange Lodge will hold a Christmas Turkey Dinner on Sunday, December December 1 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Kendal United Church. Tickets are $10 each and children are $5. Pre-schoolers eat free. One dollar from each ticket goes to a needy family for Christmas. Please bring a non-perishable food item for the food bank. The first is a collection collection of antique toys from the 1930's and 1960's on loan to the museum and features tin vehicles, old boxed Meccano and Erector sets, toy trains, mechanical animal toys and boats. The museum is also exhibiting fifteen quilts, some dating as early as the 1840's but most from the turn of the century.
