The lodge appreciates the large attendance and those in the community who donated articles. This enables the lodge to continue its benevolent work throughout the community. Sunday, December 15th there will be a Special Christmas Musical Presentation "The Good The Bad and The Snug- gly" - a musical re-telling of the Christmas Story by the children of Enniskillen Sunday School. Gifts'will go to local charities. Sunday, December 22nd - A service of music and singing with lots of singing. Christmas Eve - Tuesday, December 24th there will be a special evening candle light service at 6:30 p.m. Enniskillen and Tyrone United United Churches invite you to an evening of Christmas Comfort and Joy December 22nd at 6:30 p.m. at the Tyrone Community Community Centre. Bring the whole family as we celebrate the Holiday Season with a musical musical re-telling of The Christmas Christmas Story In Country Western style. "The Good, The Bad and The Snuggly" featuring carol singing, the Tyrone Country Cloggers and a few other surprises surprises including goodies and apple cider, kindly provided by our friends at Archibald Orchards. Orchards. The Annual Seniors dinner was held on November 27th at the Sunday School room, with over fifty attending. We were glad to see these neighbours of past years from Bowmanville, Oshawa, Fcnclon Falls and one guest from Prince Rupert, British British Columbia. The U.C.W. served an excellent excellent roast beef dinner. Mothers Fellowship made attractive place decorations for everyone. Our minister, Reverend Soli, asked the blessing before the dinner and with his key-board, led in some lively singing after dinner. Lois Nimigon and Joyce Virtue read some humorous humorous Christmas readings. Everyone Everyone enjoyed a visiting time before before leaving and offering wishes for a Merry Christmas. We'll be here next year, God willing. The U.C.W. Christmas dinner was held December 5th with thirty-two in attendance. Reverend Reverend Soli joined us and led in prayer, mentioning several who couldn't be with us. Barbara Barbara Howe greeted everyone and a special welcome was ex tended to Ruth Stengcr and Diane Bartolazzo. The delicious delicious turkey dinner was catered catered by the Metcalfe and Yel- lowlccs family. Marie Sharp, Ruth McGill, Barbara Howe, Velma Griffin and Dorothy Sharp prepared and excellent devotion on the preparation for Jesus' birth using using scripture Luke 1-46-56. Annie Wright and Reverend Scli, using the key-boards, played for the carols and Christmas songs. We'll sec you all in January. George Khouri, the owner of Landmark Furniture in Downtown Bowmanville, took great delight in giving Scott and Kelly a tour of his beautiful store which is filled with furniture for every room and style.
