Graham's started the scoring early on a goal from Jason Knox assisted by Jamie Wool- ner. Shortly afterwards, Chris Henry scored on a nice pass from behind the net by Greg Koenderman. Shortly afterwards afterwards Wallace drew within one. In the second period, Greg Koenderman scored on a pass from Chris Henry, and late in the period, Koenderman returned returned the favour with a flip pass to Heniy, who buried the puck. In trie first game, Lange's was up against Port Peny. Only 17 seconds into the game, James Griffen put the puck away on the top shelf assisted by Chad Jozkoski and Chris Hollis. It was all Lange's from there, as the team went on to an easy victory. Matt Bourgeois Bourgeois turned away all shots for tiie goose-egg. Point scoring for the game were: Chris Hollis Hollis (2g, 3a), James Griffen (3g, la), Chad Jozkoski (lg, 2a) Ewan Wilkenson (2a), Jessie Halik (la), Mark Hoar (la), Chris (Wheels) Welsh (la). Final Final score Lange's 6, Port Perry 0. Game two saw a familiar match: Lange's vs. Skylight 1 Donuts. It was Skylight who hit the scoreboard first on a goal by Jeff Hrdlicka. Jessie Halik responded on a rush from the Lange's end to tie the match. Chad Jozkoski scored the go ahead goal at 3:02 of the second assisted by Chris Hollis and Steven DeGraaf, Ewan Wilkinson put Lange's ahead 3-1, assisted by Chris Hollis. Asriley Getz saved numerous scoring opportunities allowing few if any rebounds to help cement cement the victory. The 'A' Championship game was Lange's vs Collingwood Local 252. The fast skating, hard shooting, shooting, Collingwood team came out fast and furious. After two minutes of play, Collingwood was up 2-0. Steve Reed put Lange's back in the game temporarily, temporarily, assists by Lindsay Cowan and Steven DeGraaf. Collingwood hit the mesh three more times before the end of the first. Mark Hoar scored midway through the second to put the match at 5-2, assists by Thomas Kollaard and James Griffen. Bang, bang, bang, Collingwood, with great execution, execution, scored three more before the end of two. It was Collingwood Collingwood 8, Bowmanville 2. Short handed with five minutes left, Mark Hoar scored two within 25 seconds capturing his hat- trick. Assists by James Griffen (2), Jamie Edmond and Thomas Thomas Kollaard. 22 seconds later it was James Griffen who followed followed up on a DeGraaf breakaway, breakaway, also assisted by Jessie Halik. Lange's battled hard to the buzzer, but the luck was on the Collingwood bench on this day. Lange's would like to wish teammates Andrew Igel a speedy recovery.
